Terms & conditions
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
- Online payments can be made using Visa or Mastercard only.
- All rates shown exclude 5% VAT. Applicable VAT will be added during the registration process in accordance with UAE law.
- Registration does not include access to any hotel recreational facilities or leisure activities.
- Cancellation requests must be sent by email to moorfieldsconference@pepoevents.com.
- Cancellations received on or before 9 December 2026 will be refunded less a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be provided from 10 December 2026 onwards.
- Delegate substitutions are permitted until 5 January 2027 and must be notified to the organisers by email.
- The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, timings or event format where necessary.
- By completing the registration and payment, delegates confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
